With 14 years of military service, and 5 years in law enforcement, serving people and my community has been a way of life for me. I have always served with honesty and integrity. Always doing things the right way, even when it isn't the easiest. I want to be the Home Inspector that you know you can trust to get you the information you need, to make one of the biggest financial decisions you will ever need to make.
There is no such thing as a perfect house with no issues. That's right, even a brand new home will have things that can be improved on. Some defects are safety concerns, and need to be addressed immediately, and some defects may just need to be monitored so they do not become major issues.
This is why you need a Home Inspection. We are here to inform you of the defects that we observe at the time of the inspection, so you can make an informative decision on how to handle the issues found.
At 10 Eight Home Inspections, you and your family's safety is first. Your inspection report will point out any safety concerns found, and any defects that may lead to safety concerns. The report will also include defects found that have damaged or may damage the home if not corrected. As a curtesy, your report may have maintenance information for systems that were inspected, so your home can last longer, and cost you less over time.
A Home Inspectors job is to be knowledgeable about the new and old systems and components of a home. To properly do so we must continue our training even after being licensed. I take that training seriously and train at the best schools for home inspectors. I am also a InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. Click below to visit schools I have been trained by.
